CPC Logistics drivers in Joliet, Ill., recently voted to unionize with Teamsters Local 179, as they seek “higher wages, improved benefits, and protection from at-will employment.” The group of 42 workers move products for large companies like John Deere, Procter & Gamble, and Walgreens.
