WAREHOUSE RENTS TO GO AGAINST LOGISTICS TRANSPORTATION DROP

Even as supply-chain costs plummet from pandemic highs, Hamid Moghadam, the CEO of the world’s largest warehouse landlord, claims that warehouse rent prices will continue to rise.
